REPORTING PROCEDURES
All Soldiers with PCS orders assigning them to the 470 MI Brigade who are reporting to Fort Sam Houston will report in ACUs to the Brigade S1 office at Building 1070, 4270 Gorgas Circle.
If you are reporting after duty hours you are to report to the following location:

After duty hours constitutes arriving Monday thru Friday between 1700 hours to 0900 hours and at any time on Saturday or Sunday.
Do not report to Building 1070 during these hours.
The SDNCO at Benner Barracks will sign the Soldier’s PCS DA Form 31.
Benner Barracks will provide a room for single Soldiers in the rank of SGT and below only.
It's recommended that Soldiers in the rank of SSG and above and all Enlisted Soldiers accompanied by their family make temporary housing arrangements before they report to Ft. Sam Houston.

It is absolutely imperative that you contact your gaining S2/SSO prior to clearing your unit, to ensure your clearance information is transferred from your losing unit.
