COLONEL PIERRE D. GERVAIS
Col Pierre D. Gervais Colonel Pierre D. Gervais was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Military Intelligence Corps upon his graduation as the Distinguished Military Graduate from Norwich University, Vermont, in 1989. Following completion of the Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, he served in multiple positions in the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, including assistant brigade S2 (intelligence officer), platoon leader and battalion S2. From 1993 to 1996, he served under Joint Task Force Full Accounting as the intelligence chief for the Central Identification Laboratory Hawaii at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
Following graduation from the Military Intelligence Officer Advanced Course at Fort Huachuca in 1996, Colonel Gervais was assigned to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where he served as a battalion S2 and later commanded A Company, 311th Military Intelligence Battalion. After a year in command, he pursued a graduate degree, completing a master's in Sport Psychology from Springfield College, Massachusetts, in 2000. In April 2000, he was selected to serve as an instructor and executive officer in the Center for Enhanced Performance at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.
Colonel Gervais completed Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, in 2002 and returned to Fort Campbell, where he served as a brigade S2 and battalion S3 (operations and training officer). His three-year assignment to Fort Campbell included a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I. Colonel Gervais' next assignment was as a combatant command intelligence planner for U.S. Southern Command in Miami, Florida, where he served from 2005 to 2007.
Subsequently, Colonel Gervais was selected to serve as the G2 for the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, in which capacity he deployed to Afghanistan as the CJ2 for Regional Command East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom for 15 months. Following the deployment, he was assigned to the Joint Staff J2 at the Pentagon, where he served as the Crisis Division chief from June 2009 to April 2010. Most recently, Colonel Gervais served as the executive officer for the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Colonel Gervais' awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (one oak leaf cluster), Defense Meritorious Service Medal (one oak leaf cluster), Meritorious Service Medal (three oak leaf clusters), Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal (one oak leaf cluster), Army Achievement Medal (one oak leaf cluster), National Defense Service Medal (with bronze star device), Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award (one oak leaf cluster), Meritorious Unit Commendation, and the National Intelligence Achievement Medal. He has also been awarded the Parachutist and Air Assault badges.

COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR CHARLES A. TOTORIS
CSM Charles A. Totoris Command Sergeant Major Charles A. Totoris entered the United States Army in October 1981. He attended Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Advanced Individual Training at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, graduating as an Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence Analyst. Command Sergeant Major Totoris has served in every position from team leader to command sergeant major. Additionally, he has served as a G-2 sergeant major, battalion S-3 noncommissioned officer in charge, G-2 Operations noncommissioned officer in charge, senior analyst, mission supervisor and service school instructor. He has also served in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
His military education includes the Professional Leadership Development, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, Battle Staff Course, First Sergeant Course, United States Army Sergeant Major Academy and Sabalauski Air Assault School. His military awards include: Bronze Star Medal (one oak leaf cluster), Meritorious Service Medal (five oak leaf clusters), Army Commendation Medal (two oak leaf clusters), Army Achievement Medal (five oak leaf clusters), Army Good Conduct Medal (nine awards), National Defense Service Medal (two awards), Iraqi Campaign Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, NCO Development Ribbon (three awards), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (12 awards) and NATO Medal. He has also received the Knowlton Award and was awarded the Air Assault and Driver's badges.
